Refund & Return Policy

Returns:

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

  • Items must not be damaged or altered

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened skincare, used beauty products, or sale items.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
